Home Reset Session

Practical help for a home that feels easier to manage.

Sometimes you know what needs sorting — but finding the time, energy or starting point feels difficult.

Our Home Reset Sessions give you friendly, practical support to make progress with an area of your home. Whether it’s a crowded kitchen, overflowing wardrobe, toy collection or hallway that never stays clear, we’ll work alongside you to create a space that works better for everyday life.

There’s no need to tidy before we arrive, and no judgement about how things look.

You choose the priority. We help you take the next steps.

Your session includes

Two professional organisers working alongside you.
Gentle support with deciding what to keep and what to let go.
Practical organising using the space and storage you already have, wherever possible.
Removal of an agreed quantity of suitable unwanted items.
A simple plan to help you maintain your progress.

Choose your session:

3-hour Home Reset Three hours with both organisers, focused on your chosen priorities. Includes removal of up to one boot-load of suitable unwanted items.

4-hour Home Reset Four hours with both organisers, giving us more time to work through your priorities. Includes removal of up to one boot-load of suitable unwanted items.

The time shown is the appointment length with both organisers present. What we achieve will depend on the amount to sort, the decisions involved and your preferred pace. Completing a whole room cannot be guaranteed.

How booking works

Choose your session and pay securely online.
We’ll contact you using the details provided to discuss your priorities and arrange a suitable appointment.
Your date is confirmed once we have agreed it with you in writing.

Payment purchases your session; it does not reserve a particular date. If you need a specific date or have a deadline, please check availability before purchasing.

Please plan to use your session within 30 days of purchase. If we cannot offer a suitable appointment within that period, you can choose an extension or a full refund.

Where we work

Hands-on sessions are available in Worcestershire and surrounding areas. Please check with us before purchasing if you are unsure whether we cover your address.

Any mileage, parking or other additional costs will be explained and agreed before your appointment. If an additional travel charge is needed, you may decline it and receive a full refund before work begins.

Is this the right session for you?

These sessions are suitable for everyday decluttering and organising.

If your situation involves significant hoarding, an infestation, fire or smoke damage, substantial waste removal or other safety concerns, please contact us before buying. We can discuss your needs and whether a separately planned service would be more suitable.

A calmer home can begin with one manageable area.

Home Reset Session — Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to Home Reset Sessions purchased through the Tidy Lives online store.

Service provider: Tidy Lives

Email for bookings, cancellations and complaints: tidylivesgroup@gmail.com

Telephone: 07722139144

1. Payment and arranging your appointment

Full payment is taken when you purchase your chosen session.

Your order confirmation confirms the session purchased; your appointment date will be arranged separately and confirmed in writing after a brief conversation to discuss your requirements.

Appointments are subject to availability. Please contact us before purchasing if you require a particular date.

If we cannot provide the service purchased, we will refund you in full.

2. Using your session

Sessions should take place within 60 days of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Please respond to our booking messages promptly so we can arrange your call and appointment. If you are having difficulty booking or using your session within this period, contact us before it ends.

An unused session will not automatically result in the loss of your entire payment. Any cancellation or refund will be handled under the terms below.

3. Your right to cancel an online purchase

You may cancel your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the contract is made.

To cancel, email us at the address above with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

If no service has been provided, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If you expressly request a session during this 14-day period and then cancel after work has started, you will pay only a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to cancellation. You lose the cancellation right once the service is fully completed only where you expressly requested the early start and acknowledged this consequence.

4. Rearranging or cancelling after the cancellation period

You may rearrange your appointment once without a rescheduling charge by giving at least 48 hours’ notice. The replacement date is subject to availability.

For less than 48 hours’ notice, further changes, cancellation or failure to provide access, we may retain a reasonable amount to cover losses directly caused by the change. We will take reasonable steps to reduce those losses, including trying to refill the appointment, and explain any deduction.

Any remaining balance will be refunded. Charges will never exceed the price paid, and we will not charge twice for the same loss.

Please contact us as soon as possible if illness or an emergency affects your appointment.

5. If we need to rearrange

If illness, an emergency or another unforeseen event means we cannot attend, we will contact you promptly.

You may choose a replacement date or a refund for the service we cannot provide. Any booking period will be extended where necessary because of a delay caused by us.

6. Transferring a session

You may ask to transfer an unused session to another person before work begins, without a transfer fee.

Please contact us first so we can confirm the recipient’s agreement, location and suitability for the service. Any different travel costs must be agreed beforehand. The original booking period continues unless we agree an extension.

7. Travel and additional costs

We cover Worcestershire and surrounding areas. Any applicable mileage charge, parking cost or other additional expense will be explained and agreed before the appointment.

Additional time, storage products and extra removal services are not included unless expressly stated. We will obtain your agreement to the price before providing any extras.

8. Removal of unwanted items

Removal is included only for suitable items within the following limits:

3-hour session: up to one boot-load.
4-hour session: up to one boot-load.

Loads must fit safely within our vehicle’s available space and weight limits.

Nothing will be removed without your authorisation. You must own the items or have authority to make decisions about them.

Hazardous materials, bulky furniture, excessively heavy items and specialist waste are excluded. Larger removals or additional loads require a separate agreement and may incur a charge.

9. Preparing for your session

Please provide safe access to the agreed working area and tell us beforehand about access restrictions, stairs, parking arrangements or other relevant needs.

Please have bin bags or recycling bags available where possible. Children and pets must be appropriately supervised and kept clear of working areas.

You, or an agreed person with authority to make decisions, must be available during the session. You remain in control of decisions about your belongings.

10. Health and safety

Please tell us before booking about known hazards, including structural damage, infestations, needles, hazardous substances, fire or smoke damage, infectious illness or unsafe access.

For health reasons, we may be unable to work in properties affected by active or significant indoor smoking.

We cannot lift or carry excessively large or heavy items. Loft access requires a secure, suitable loft ladder and our agreement that access is safe.

We may pause or stop work if conditions are unsafe. We will explain the concern and discuss the options with you. Any charge for work already completed or unavoidable costs must be reasonable, reflect the circumstances and comply with your consumer rights.

11. Care of belongings and service standards

We will provide our service with reasonable care and skill. Please identify fragile, valuable or irreplaceable belongings before work begins.

Our service is decluttering and organising; it does not include deep cleaning, repairs, building work or specialist clearance unless separately agreed.

Progress varies according to the space, volume of belongings and speed of decisions involved. We cannot guarantee a particular number of items sorted or completion of an entire room.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for our negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your statutory rights.

12. Privacy and photographs

We use your personal information to process your order, arrange and deliver your session, and meet our legal obligations, as explained in our terms and conditions that will be sent for you to sign on booking.

Photographs will only be taken with your permission. Permission to take working photographs is separate from permission to share images publicly.

Purchasing a session will automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Mailing-list consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.

13. Questions or complaints

Please contact us using the details above if you have a concern about your booking or service. We will discuss it with you and seek a fair resolution.

These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
